ARTICLE 1 - GENERAL PRINCIPLES

1.1 The SA Residence Brugmann, with offices at Avenue Brugmann 40 , 1190 Bruxelles, registered with the ECB under number 0451.715.934, hereinafter called SA Residence Brugmann, operates a website via flatbrugmann.be (hereinafter the 'website').

1.2 All personal data that we collect (hereinafter the 'data') will be processed in accordance with Belgian and European regulations applicable to the protection of personal data, in particular 'Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive 95/46/EC'; Directive 2002/58/EC as amended by Directive 2009/136/EC; and the 13 June 2005 ‘Law relating to electronic communications’ as amended on 10 July 2012.

2.2 The Statement applies to all the services that the résidence Brugmann offers via the website.

ARTICLE 7: RIGHT OF PORTABILITY

7.1. You also have the right to receive the data which concern you or which you have provided to the Résidence Brugmann in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable and interoperable format, and to transmit these to another controller. The Résidence Brugmann will offer these data in an interoperable format that enables portability.

8.1 Cookies are data sent to your terminal from your browser when you visit the website, with inclusion of a unique identification number. ARTICLE 9: SECURITY

In order to ensure the protection of the data collected, we have implemented a program to secure the information stored in these systems. In addition, our computer systems have data encryption and a software protection device.

ARTICLE 10: RETENTION OF DATA

After the cancellation of your registration whereby you allowed us to keep you informed of our activities, the résidence Brugmann will not keep your data in order to contact you again. If you wish to receive our information, please to send your request by email to info@flatbrugmann.be.

ARTICLE 11: RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement if you consider that the processing of personal data relating you infringes the GDPR.
